News reworked, guest book opened, UFS-3 box bought

The news system on the site has been updated - now the news data is stored in the database (MySQL). Due to the transition to MySQL, the site also received comments under the news and a guest book...

I am still preparing material for Net Monitor for DCT4. I hope in a short time I will begin to draw up data about the tests.

I also bought a Tornado UFS-3 with a HWK module. Soon I will start experimenting with phones - wait for the "Firmware" section to be filled.
